How It Works
In three simple steps you can find an apartment and receive a rebate.
1. Find an apartment on your own using the link below.
2. Visit the apartment complex and be sure to write down Regina Dyson with Jade Realty Group, LLC as your Realtor®/Locator on your guestcard, lease and other documentation where the Realtor®/Locator information is requested.
3. After you move-in, fax us your lease, then return to our website and claim your rebate! Scroll down for further information.

Guidelines and Restrictions
►How are you able to give a rebate?
We are paid a fee by the apartment communities for referring you to them. Your rent does not increase by using our service.
►Can I get a rebate if another Realtor®/Locator has already taken me to the property?
No. On your first visit to the apartment complex, you must state in writing that Regina Dyson with Jade Realty Group, LLC referred you.
►What if I already know which apartment I want to rent?
On your initial visit to the apartments, you must tell the leasing agent that Jade Realty Group, LLC has referred you to the property and include Regina Dyson with Jade Realty Group, LLC on your guestcard and lease/lease application.
►If Jade Realty Group, LLC doesn't send me an apartment I'm interested in, can I still use Jade Realty Group, LLC as my referring Realtor®/Locator?
Yes, as long as the apartment complex you visit works with Realtor/®Loccators and pay at least a 50% commission, you can use our service!!
►When can I expect my rebate?
After you send us information to claim your cash, we will contact the apartment complex. Once we receive payment from the complex, we will send your rebate payment to the address you specified when you claimed your cash. If there is a delay, we will contact you.

Other information.......
♦Payment is per lease, there are no multiple payments on a single lease.
♦The claim cash information should be submitted no later than 20 days after move-in.
♦If you visited the property prior to learning of it from Jade Realty Group, LLC, you are ineligible to file a claim.
♦If the apartment complex withdraws its permission to grant a fee to Jade Realty Group, LLC, this offer is also void.
♦If you are renewing a current lease or resigning with the same location or a related apartment complex, you may be ineligible.
♦We pay rebates if the apartment complex pays Jade Realty Group, LLC a referral fee and agrees to Jade Realty Group, LLC offering a rebate to you, the tenant.
♦You will receive your check once Jade Realty Group, LLC is paid a referral fee on your lease.
♦Apartment rebates from Jade Realty Group, LLC are only available in Texas.
Claim Your Rebate!!
To claim your cash rebate after you move-in, fax your lease to 214-594-8787 or email your lease within 30 days and then e-mail the following information to dysonra@gmail.com. You may also e-mail the lease application to the same e-mail address.
